Visited the museum of modern art (disappointing)

The escadaria Selaron (tiled steps where snoop and pharell shot the "beautiful" video

LOL I'm from NYC and have two weddings to go to during that stretch... I also live in Hong Kong, so travel to SE Asia is much easier...

Just went to Sydney this past November - LOVED it. Could see myself living there easily.

Sweet, did you make it out to the Blue Mountains by any chance? My company is sponsoring a 2-day bike ride out there so I'm going to squeeze in Sydney into the trip. Do you have any recommendations? (places to see, eat, shop, etc.)

Leaving for St. Maarten tmrw morning. I've never been out of the U.S. before (first time Passport user here) - what time should I aim to get to JFK? Flight is 8:35AM.

JFK is horrible homie. Missed my flight to London because they closed the gate early, smh. I would advise being there (at the airport) no less than 3 hours before your flight....so get there a little before 5am

Naw bro, lol. I don't wanna see you go through what I went through. Hell yall can chill and grab some grub by the gate once you get settled. Bunch of restaurants by the international terminal so y'all should be cool.

Just came back from 2 weeks in Japan (tokyo, fuji, kyoto and Osaka).

Beautiful country, good food and great people.

Will have to go back and explore the rest of the country. I'd really want to buy a bike there and explore but apparently it's complicated and expensive. Might want to just rent a car, roadtrip the whole country and camp wherever (this country has to be the safest country in the world from what i've seen)

Allows you to breeze through security and not unpack your laptop or take off belt or shoes. Special line as well. Lasts 5 years. Next time I will do global entry, it includes Tsa precheck and extends to international airports for only $15 more.

This! Luckily I'm military so I don't have to pay, but if I weren't I'd still pay for TSA pre-check.

If yall want a really good travel credit card, get the Citi Prestige. They'll actually pay for your Global Entry/TSA pre-check application fee. If you sign up in-branch, you can get it with a $350 annual fee which is all pretty much paid for with all the benefits it comes with ($250 airfare credit, access to airport executive lounges, 3 free rounds of golf at a bunch of really expensive [$300+/tee time] courses, etc.).

you'll have fun. food, water activities, the beach, night life. dont go in the summer if you want to avoid the crowds.

yeah ive been there.. weather in january will probably be pleasant around 30-32 C or a bit lower. its in the Philippines so yeah western-ish type of culture.

if you really want to experience nature/beaches though, go to el nido in palawan instead. its another island in the philippines
