Your Next Vacation Destination.....?

^I imagine that there would be lots of snow in London in December

That's what I was seeing, but we can't fly directly into Africa. So a day or two in London then to Morrocco on Ryanair may be worth it. Never been to either though. Any alternatives? Madrid, Barcelona, Sicily- we're wide open. Doesn't even have to be December.

I've only been to London the one time. Fairly recently.

I mainly stayed in Central London with a few side trips to southeast London where my cousins live.

I would recommend staying at the Amba Hotel Charing Cross. There's literally an underground right next to the hotel and also easy to grab the busses you need near the hotel too. Minibar is complimentary. They won't charge you extra and they restock it everyday.

The Sky Garden is probably the best tourist attraction. Bar with a 360 degree view of all of Central London. When I went I got tickets at the very last minute, and was only able to get tickets for 10 am Tuesday morning. If you plan on going to London, book tickets to Sky Garden early so you can go during a dope time like 8 pm local time. If cocktails are your thing, I recommend the veranda 35.

If you like Harry Potter don't forget to buy tickets to the cursed child.

If you still club, there's a club maybe 3 train stops from the hotel (well if you stay at amba hotel charing cross) that's pretty cool. I forget the name (I think the name of the club is the Roxy) . I'll let you know when I remember. They play lots of old school American hip hop music but they're eclectic and will play newer pop music too.

London is a lot smaller than say, a city like New York city. Very easy to explore. I hit all the tourist attractions in two days.

Bring or buy an umbrella. It always rains.

Fly into Barcelona

Hawaii in 2 weeks. Been 10 years since I've been back home. Can't wait to eat and hit the beach!

Just came back from DR... beautiful beaches, great food. Definitely planning a trip back in the coming months. We did the Soana island excursion and the buggies to macao beach, even ventured off the resort a few nights for some "real" food. The beach vendors are wild pushy  but that "no interesado" helps.

Also, just picked up 2 buddy passes for AA. No idea on where to go but the wife and I were thinking of doing London and Morrocco this December but open to suggestions.

what you think of isla saona?

Heading to Charleston SC for a wedding in october for about 3-4 days
any fine dining recommendations? or nice places to visit.

Amsterdam For my stag Do. Hahahaha, I used to live there it´s not the same as it used to be commercialised to **** now.
But any who should be fun

Heading to Portland for the first time ever in October. So far I intend on checking out Pok Pok, Voodoo Doughnuts, and the Adidas Employee store. I hear I can get passes to the Adidas store at the visitors center, is this still the case?

Also, if you guys have any suggestions- any type of food, sightseeing, hiking, events or what not- I'd really appreciate it.

Blue star donuts is better than voodoo

Voodoo sucks. I have no idea why that is appealing unless you are a stoner.

Voodoo gets the publicity, that's why. I've also heard of Blue Star, so might check that out.

Me being a stoner has nothing to do with it :smokin

^^^^Haha. Fair enough. I mean I guess it'd be foolish to go to Portland and not go. It'd be like a super quick stop though. Pok Pok is good though. I mean we have good Thai here in the Bay Area but considering, I thought Pok Pok was authentic enough. The beer scene is pretty epic down there. I went to Deschutes and Burnside brewery but there is so much more. Also there is supposed to be a pretty cool food truck scene out there too. Didn't get to go but it's worth looking into.

Saona was beautiful but Macao takes the cake. No matter how far I went out, I felt like the water never went past chest height lol (Isla saona). I would definitely go back but when there's less of a crowd. Next time I hit the DR I'm def spending more time at Macao tho.
