Trey Day?

Trey Songz is such a damn disappointment. One of the illest voices in ALL of music, and he releases an album like THAT?? It sounded like a mixtape. First album was hot and he actually tried to do things that everyone else wasn't doing. I don't know what the !+#% he was thinking with this new one.


^ I have to agree. I was really expecting more from him.

1) Mario-Go < Best CD of the year, hands down!
2) Musiq-Luvanmusiq
3) Toss up between Tank-Sex Love & Pain & Lloyd-Street Love

I actually enjoyed Trey Day and Exclusive.

I was actually looking forward to the Johnta Austin joint.
 
Mario - Go! (best of the year)
Joe - Ain't Nothin' Like Me (very slept on album)
Lloyd - Street Love (bumped this thoughout 07 soild album)
 
I see Lloyd - Street Love is in alot of posts, i didnt think that album was that nice but i might have to go give it a few spins again

The Boyz 2 men and the babyface joints were pretty good aswell

Honourable mentions .. Tank, Jill Scott, MJB ...
Hvnt heard Llyod much ... Fergie .. i dunno but all the singles have been pretty nice
 
1.) Mario - Go (even though the majority of the songs leaked, i thought nearly every track was good (and if not great). oneof the best vocally right now as well).
2.) Lloyd - Street Love (not the most talented vocally, or even close, but production was incredible)
3.) Musiq - Luvanmusiq (not his best effort, but good to hear his off-beat style again)

overall, 2007 was a bad year for R&B imo.

Jordin Sparks- Jordin Sparks I think I am the only person that actually likes this. I didn't know she was an American Idol winner.

Mario would've made it up there if he didn't push it back so much.
