Are the Alphaflys the exact same construction men/women? I have two pairs of the Olympic colorway, one marked W Alphafly and the other marked Alphafly. It's weirding me out.

I'm interested about the quick turnaround for these NBY's. If the excuse for the poor rollout of the Alphafly/Tempo/Dragonfly/Victory has been due to supply chain disruptions, doesn't the easy availability of these kind of fly in the face of that? Or is it just because the NBY is such small batches?

What do you mean, banned? All of the shoes are deemed legal for what they were intended to be. Alphafly was never supposed to be a track racing shoe, and is completely legal for the road events. All of the track shoes are legal for all events...
