Shaq don't know what he's talking about. Blake needs to develop his outside shot. That makes him more deadly and unpredictable.

Off a hunch, I went through CP3's game logs for the year. Other than at the very beginning of the year, it seems the more he shoots, the better the Clips do. Only 9 shots so far.
