Nah, Trues didn't go anywhere. They stayed a staple in Atlanta, 2chainz was just a representation of that.

 da south was WILD late on tru's..if anything they were already played out when

da south picked em back up and gave em another boost of life thats currently being played on it da present.

during da first run of tru religon brands such as rock & republic and antik jeans were also competing..all 3 fell off around

da same time, tru religion was da only brand to make da jump from da north to da south...NYers briefly jumped on

robin jeans for a couple of years but for da most part its definitely a BX, uptown manhattan thing..

^^ da jeans juelz was wearing here got a SLIGHT run (forgot da name of em) but after that da jean game just became wide

open with w/e goes, from da proliferation of levis vastly improving their selection in a couple of years and getting hot,

to H&M expanding their men's line to include more jean styles, to unqlo and their selvedge demin, da 7 jeans hold outs

g star playing a factor, diesel still doing their thing, etc.

They called Bengi jeans. Trues and Robins, Rock Revival, etc. goin' hard everywhere in the South right now.
