The FA is a joke in the way they try to do their own thing even when it's to the detriment of their product and league.

Just look at the window closing early for example,Prem clubs were getting quoted for outrageous fees because clubs knew they'd get desperate having a shorter window. Look at how cheap quality players have been going for now during this last month of the window,Roma supposedly wanted 70m+ for Strootman when LVG wanted him and he just went to OM for 1/3rd of that
