Allianz Arena is LIT..... (literally)

*baaaah-dummmm-tsssss* .....Here all day folks

i got a soft spot for giroud but he has no business starting at the 9 when mbappe should be there causing havoc on NT's defense with dembele. Not only that but blocking more talent like lemar to be even more scary of an attack

tho world class did put in a some good defensive work during the end of the tourney :nerd::lol:

So this match counts? It’s not just a regular friendly. I’m confused

Glad Ronnie didn’t get called up actually, we need to see younger players get a chance.

Neves starting like HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN THE WC BUT WE DIDNT EVEN CALL HIM UP :smh:

did semedo get called up for portugal?

No he didn't, he should have.....

But RB is our deepest position, we're stacked. Ricardo Perreira didn't get called up either and he's another world class RB. Cedric should be replaced by Semedo tho

Cancelo got the start and I can't lie (he's looked great a Juve). Renato Sanches has been called back up which is great, sucks he's still at Bayern tho.

The amount of money Juve have made since buying CR7, they can compete with any club financially now. Buying Pogba back won't be an issue for them
These things are always said after a big transfer but their kit deals are already set regardless of total sales. So where are they seeing an increase in revenue?

The BIGGEST steal of the transfer market this summer was William Carvalho going to Real Betis for only 25 million euro.....

People don't understand how good he is at CDM - he controls his area so well, defensive anchor, always makes the right pass, it's physically impossible to get the ball off him when he's pressured because he's so strong...

I was shocked some EPL team or a team like Atletico didn't go after him.

they raised their ticket prices, unless Pogba runs down his contract I don't see Juve dropping the amount United will ask for which will probably be around 120-150 mill

They're not. Late last month Giuseppe Marotta said they can't afford the wages for Pogba. He'd have to take a massive pay cut to go back to Turin & everyone knows Raiola ain't having that.

You know for years I never understood why bigger clubs never picked up Carvalho. I figured out why. He can't really dribble or pass well with his left foot. He exclusively uses his right pretty much for everything. I didn't notice it until I heard it on a podcast. He doesn't go left very well either.

I think United would let Pogba go for 100 million (what they paid for) and some incentives, if Pogba came out publicly and said he wants to leave (pull a Ronaldo). It's still alot of money for Juve but people forget Juve sell lots of players all the time and make good money. They're stacked from top to bottom, sell a couple players and they can get 60-80 million to fund for Pogba. It's not THAT impossible.

"Look uhhhh, We were interested in him. We tried to get him to come here, but he very quickly signed for Real Betis"

once upon a time, i was shocked too we didnt sign him. apparently he had this third party ownership that was making it complicated for us to sign him...."apparently"

Ever seen Nemanja Matic try to dribble and pass with his right foot? :lol

Yes it's a weakness of Carvalho but he's a classic strong defensive midfielder, he's not out there trying to go forward and create. He should be at a bigger club than Betis, but hey Betis fans love this dude already so I guess he's happy. But 25 million was a steal.
