I swear this board even with Abi are frickin’ idiots... They should given Van der Sar & Ajax an offer they couldn’t refuse (minimum bid to start (€60-70mill)...

These clubs & NTs like Italy need to stop hiring these retread clubs like Mancini. They offer absolutely nothing.

my takes regarding the US match:
- Tickets too expensive for a friendly
- More Brazilian fans showed up. The entire American Outlaws had ONE AISLE to themselves while sandwiched in between Brazilian fans. Looking at that was so sad. That **** kinda hurt but bless their hearts
- I wish the NT got promo pushes, I don't think many knew this game was coming on
- are American soccer fans are smartening up?
- When you have Brazil fresh off a world cup and the stadium is not sold out, somebody done goofed. The match should've been held at redbull arena if that was the case

Tickets prices per usual :{ for something that rightfully deserves to grow in America, the powers at be that are invested in soccer (USSF, TV right holders, etc) are really damning that growth (and potential). I did see ads for the match on TV but I feel like I mainly saw them when I was watching footy. I really don't know how much of a push they made to get that promo out. Fans might be smartening up but I also think that this time of year is kind of hectic but that could be a non-factor. I think the math should have been held at Red Bull arena regardless, and obviously they wouldn't have been wrong to do so

They should've had tickets starting at under $150 to be sure it'll sell out. I get that its a hectic time of the year, I know this :lol but regardless if Baseball, College Football and NFL is going on at the same time, their approach shouldn't be like, 'aww sh*t, we can't compete against those guys'. I believe if they pushed it as much as the NFL coming back, people would tune in and they get to see their NT play against a world class NT.

Talks about his drug past just to manage a team in Sinaloa... I’m hoping maradona don’t burn out but he’s gonna basically like jack black in tropic thunder at the pookie grow in vietnam smh

CL in NYC would be dope. Completely different than the LaLiga match.

Ticket prices probably stoooooopid tho

probably as much as a ticket to fly overseas but probably worth it especially if your club makes it to the final

That total barca writer is an idiot... NYC is one of the greatest cities in the world. It would be a great place to host a CL final. Last 2 locations were Kiev & Cardiff.
He’s actually not. He’s just European so I can understand why he wouldn’t want a European competition to be in the US. That’s like moving the Super Bowl to Europe if you think about it. Imagine that outrage

They also keep hosting these games at the same stadiums. How many times has the East Coast gotten Brazil-USA?

I’d love to see a final anywhere in the states really but nyc would be a great spot.

Regardless of it being an American city, it's one of the greater cities in the world & would offer those traveling so many more amenities than Cardiff or Kiev along with World Class accommodations as well as a host of other types of accommodations. There ain't ish to do in Cardiff Wales or Kiev...

A CL final in NYC would be a great way to create new fans.

It'd be the most diverse crowd ever. Old rich, new rich, trust fund kids, tourists, middle classers, celebs, dope boys. Can't go wrong.

I don’t think too many dope boys are going to be in attendance :lol

But facts tho
