The 2014 Worldcup is easily amongst my best memories. It's just different than seasons, the CL or even the Euros. Here in Belgium you're gonna have a hard time spotting Belgian flags, even on our national holiday. But when the national team is playing in the Euros or the WC it's like the country just did a complete 180. Hardly anyone displays the flag on our national holiday but the whole area is full of them when our NT is playing a big game, or even just a smaller one. Sometimes I even hear our national anthem.
That makes it a very unique and great experience, at least for me. Our national team playing a big match makes for a much better holiday than our actual national holiday
