Don't worry, I keep my shots firing to all the people over here who chose to support United, Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea over their local team because we were **** at the time, taking the piss when we lost in play off finals, getting relegated to league 1. I enjoy reminding them that as of now we are the best team in England

Truth is, every other team wants to draw Leicester too . You guys are the least threatening team in Pot 1, we're not trying to go up against one of the world beater clubs in Pot 1

Plus it's the first time ya'll have ever been to the CL, I don't think ya'll are ready for those bright European lights on Tues/Wed nights. A lot of it comes down to experience, CL is a different animal.

Coupe does have a point though, we've seen teams like Man City struggle the first few years they made Champions League. Took them till this past season of getting over the hump and making it past the group stages. Chelsea had the advantage of playing in the Champions league (and reaching the semis) before the Roman era and winning the league.

Just a slight correction City have made it over the group stages before this last season, this last season was the first time we ever went to the semis.

But overall on the "experience" argument when it comes to the CL I can kinda see it both ways where it matters or doesn't. I don't feel strongly either way.
