Honestly he's not anywhere near worth that, which might explain Real being so reluctant to pony up, but for the Reds, given the pressing MF need over the last few seasons,he might just be . You can't put a price on having that type of quality there. All the time I was against the transfer, because Pogba is way too expensive.
But if Perez wants to drop €65M for Andre Gomes, I'm not arguing about Pogba's price
In transfer lulz, the Sun has Arsenal in for either Lacazette or Lukaku. If it were a credible news source, I'd add a or to this, but the Sun gets a
You guys don't understand how shirt sales work.
Adidas makes all the profits from the shirt sales, Man U gets the yearly amount they agreed to when they signed the contract with the company.
Matuidi to Bayern would be nice, but honestly we don't need him. Our midfield is already overloaded. There's been more Matuidi news today from France, apparently he did meet with the club yesterday after getting interest from us and Bayern and might only cost 25m.
Most seem to believe that he's a plan b in the event of missing out on Pogba
As far as I know United sold their whole merchandise/jersey rights to adidas. That's the big difference to their deal with Bayern. Bayern gets a smaller annual amount from adidas, but Bayern still gets the money from shirt salesYou guys don't understand how shirt sales work.

Neither Tottenham nor Barça: Sanabria will sign for Real Betis
Poyet has convinced the Roma striker to move to the south of Spain next season
There has been a radical change of events regarding the future of Tony Sanabria.
The Paraguayan striker has finally decided to discard Tottenham's offer and will sign for Real Betis in the coming days. His desire to remain in Spain has been key in him dropping out of a move to Spurs which had seemed closed.
Sanabria grew tired of waiting for Barcelona and sat down to negotiate with the Premier League side, who were extremely interested in him. In fact, the club had planned to send representatives to Barcelona last week to push the deal forward. That didn't happen, though, after the player changed his mind.
Gustavo Poyet, the new coach of Real Betis, phoned Sanabria several times and was able to convince him to move to Andalusia, something which seduced the youngster due to his desire to continue playing in Spain, as well as on a linguistic level.
The agreement between Betis and the player is total, but the La Liga side still need to negotiate with Roma. Their intention is to sign 50 per cent of the player's rights, which they hope to be able to close for around six million euros.
