Let's be real, any news related to a Pogba transfer means nothing until after the Euro Cup.

All the time I was against the transfer, because Pogba is way too expensive.

But if Perez wants to drop €65M for Andre Gomes, I'm not arguing about Pogba's price

There is only one player in the world that might be worth 120 million euros, and his name is not Paul Pogba.

But transfer fees have been ridiculous for quite some time now, it's just the way the game is played nowadays.

Honestly he's not anywhere near worth that,which might explain Real being so reluctant to pony up, but for the Reds, given the pressing MF need over the last few seasons,he might just be :lol. You can't put a price on having that type of quality there.

All things considered though,100m+ isn't all that much for the club and the amount they'll make off of him and his shirt sales would probably surpass that amount rather quickly...

There's been more Matuidi news today from France,apparently he did meet with the club yesterday after getting interest from us and Bayern and might only cost 25m.

Most seem to believe that he's a plan b in the event of missing out on Pogba

You guys don't understand how shirt sales work.

Adidas makes all the profits from the shirt sales, Man U gets the yearly amount they agreed to when they signed the contract with the company.

In transfer lulz, the Sun has Arsenal in for either Lacazette or Lukaku. If it were a credible news source, I'd add a :hat or 8o to this, but the Sun gets a :{

And the Standard is reporting that we're gonna turn to Lacazette if Real don't lower their 57m Euro's price tag.

Like Lacazette and Lukaku won't be going for a similar price. Lacazette is a hard one because he's a crucial part to OL.

Jon Toral will go on loan at Granada

Arsenal is back in training
@ScoutedFootball He is back
and he's ready to destroy lives of defenders everywhere. Arsenal's @Yayasanogoal22.

Are you sure about that? I thought adidas just sells the shirts to their distributors at a price and that's it. The stores have to make profit also. That was also what was interesting about the Nike/Germany NT contract talk was that Nike and the German nt were going to exclusively sell the shirts. That way the extra profit (from the stores) would go directly to German football or Nike.

Matuidi to Bayern would be nice, but honestly we don't need him. Our midfield is already overloaded.

As far as I know United sold their  whole merchandise/jersey rights to adidas. That's the big difference to their deal with Bayern. Bayern gets a smaller annual amount from adidas, but Bayern still gets the money from shirt sales

Would be nice to have a young talented CDM to fill in for xabi and lahm since they're getting up there in age now 8o

Neither Tottenham nor Barça: Sanabria will sign for Real Betis
Poyet has convinced the Roma striker to move to the south of Spain next season

There has been a radical change of events regarding the future of Tony Sanabria.

The Paraguayan striker has finally decided to discard Tottenham's offer and will sign for Real Betis in the coming days. His desire to remain in Spain has been key in him dropping out of a move to Spurs which had seemed closed.

Sanabria grew tired of waiting for Barcelona and sat down to negotiate with the Premier League side, who were extremely interested in him. In fact, the club had planned to send representatives to Barcelona last week to push the deal forward. That didn't happen, though, after the player changed his mind.

Gustavo Poyet, the new coach of Real Betis, phoned Sanabria several times and was able to convince him to move to Andalusia, something which seduced the youngster due to his desire to continue playing in Spain, as well as on a linguistic level.

The agreement between Betis and the player is total, but the La Liga side still need to negotiate with Roma. Their intention is to sign 50 per cent of the player's rights, which they hope to be able to close for around six million euros.

Pogba really wants to go to Real but will most likely go to United for 3yrs first before heading to Real. His wage demands to go back to United is crazy though. 300 pounds/week and he wants a 15mill gbp transfer bonus. Funny how a few years ago United fans laughed at Chelsea for buying back Matic for 21m afte we sold im for almost nothing.

Ganso is going to Sevilla

When he was coming up at Santos, wasn't he touted as being a superstar prospect on the same level as Neymar? Similar to how the youth coaches at Sporting Lisbon thought Quaresma would be better than Cristiano?
