I want to see these two teams at their best in 2018 8o I just want Reus to play in a major tournament man :lol

Reus is overrated

Tbh, as long as he limits himself to playing at Dortmund, he is.

He's been past his time to move to a bigger club.

And that's no shot at Dortmund, but he's got a Bayern, Real, Juve quality about him and he's still struggling to bring a ring home like Lebron

Reus problem is he's only good for 25-30 games a season at absolute best.

The stress...

How so? Would of added more pace and offensive threat to this German team. Would start in almost every other nation's team if he wasn't German. Injuries and Germany's depth of talent has him looking in from the outside.

Honestly who besides Ronaldo, Neymar, Sanchez and maybe Hazard are better on the left side than Reus. He belongs in that upper echelon of left wingers and left midfielders. World class.

Without the rings :lol

Reus when healthy and in-form is a top 10 player in my completely biased opinion

Dude has unreal pace and can finish from anywhere. Shame he might never move in his career; he's truly a Dortmund boy through and through. Just hoping we can see him on the NT in Russia.

@LeaveMeGlazzies greatest national team of all time huh?

 You serious?

You seriously feel confident to make this comment just a couple of weeks after Peru? Friggin Peru?

Other than the Pele-Garrincha periods between 1958-1970 and Romario-Ronaldo period between 1994-2002, Brazil have accomplished jack ****. Outside of these two periods, their biggest accomplishment was losing a World Cup final to Uruguay on their own turf in 1950. That is the only final they made it to outside of these two 12 and 8 year periods. They go ghost mode for decades way too much to be the greatest national team of all time.

Wait, I hope you didn't think that I meant to say that this German team in this tournament is the greatest national team of all time. No way would I claim this with Muller and Schweini obviously being well below their normal selves, no Reus/Gundogan and no world class striker.

I still thought they would beat France, but Germany's weak links looked like idiots in the two goals France scored. Props to France though, they were the right winners. And they will be champions on sunday. The bracket system for this tournament sucks hard.

Overall, this tournament hasn't been an entire failure for Germany. They finally removed the stain of never beating Italy in a tournament.

I want to see him flourish, but pride ain't getting him anywhere.

I understand he loves his country and he loves playing for his people, and if that's good enough for him, that's good enough for me.

But he's got potential to do much more than what Dortmund is offering him. And if his career stays at this point, and this is his ceiling, he'll always be that "what if" player in my eyes

That penalty literally changed everything. Hate to see a game change like that but it's going to make for an interesting final. Let's see if Ronnie can pull off the upset. Congrats to France though.

Would you have preferred to see a 0-0 game go to penalties?

Germany missed Klose and Lahm today. Really all tournament long. I'll be rooting for France against Portugal, want to see Ronaldo tears after losing a final since many fanboys say Ronaldo > Messi yet Ronaldo is nowhere near the reason Portugal is in the final. Hot basura.

I'm not saying Brazil is the GOAT NT, but Germany isn't either.

There is no clear cut GOAT NT in my opinion, every era sees a different country stand out above the rest.

Not saying it's clear cut but if Brazil isn't the GOAT nation I'd love to hear who is.

How you can take away a combined quarter century of arguably their THE greatest football ever played when evaluating their success and merit, I have no idea. :lol

But you felt confident to make the comment that Germany isn't the GOAT NT based on them losing in a semi final to a home team where they weren't even thoroughly outplayed? As if it was a complete failure. Not only that but even laugh at someone saying that they're a GOAT NT a couple of weeks after Brazil couldn't advance past Ecuador and Peru in a group.

Man not even a German would claim that historically they're the GOAT footballing nation. :lol
