flyeed what you think about this deal
"The £35m price tag on Sissoko may slow things down but it appears Madrid may offer the Championship club two young players, most probably Mariano Diaz and Marcos Llorente, on season-long loans in order to make a deal more attractive."

Ah, true. I'm not too versed in the minor leagues here, but I cant imagine both USL and NASL can coexist much longer. One has to be cannibalized. If you merge those 2 leagues, and feed a few teams to the MLS (Sac, Minn, Comsos, etc), why not set up a pro/rel system? Would make the seasons more exciting knowing you can't tank and be okay.
the game is on WatchESPN if anyone is trying to watch..... but be forewarned the ESPN3 announcers are ghastly
Evan Newton's revenge game here, Buckle trying to find a spot for newly acquired loanee Hall, the team still trying to find its way with Klimenta out w/ his ACL tear, will Sac score in the 1st half... lots of things to watch for going into this midweek affair.
@NorthOaklandFC
our boy Olosunde scored for Ya-nited's reserve team today.... idk how to embed twitter vids

For sure, that's the consensus and would really be ideal. Bias aside, as of now I feel like USL has that infrastructure to succeed in the long term, granted both have been around for a long time but USL has made the better moves recently for the long haul, having that direct partnership with MLS and integrating so many "2" teams into their league like Timbers 2, Sounders 2, etc. But honestly i wish the two would merge, but it ain't happening anytime soon there is "beef" there between the two leagues.

Ironically, it's the NBA that is becoming more like European football. This new Kevin Durant move looks like the annual Barca or Real picking up one of the best players in the world even though they were the greatest teams in football to begin with. The NBA might as well remove this salary cap BS when a move that can create a team so overpowered can take place. At least then the Knicks would be competitive.NBA is trash now anyways.
I don't want the MLS to model itself after the NBA
Pep and Txiki have been up to something the rumors for the past few weeks say Moreno would be loaned back for a year and Jesus would stay with Palmerias till the end of their season. So focus on the attack with young talent thats technically gifted.Gabriel Jesus will be confirmed as Manchester City player in next 24 hours. Turned down Barcelona. City deal for Moreno also very close
