Inorganic stats

Coaches Have harped over & over about how the lack of practice has effected them this year, teams are playing high powered pick up. couple people in for rude awakenings once the playoffs arise & people can really lock in

Today i learned that being the #1 option on a team and shooting 42% in the playoffs isn't that bad & that the best don't have to perform when it matters most to earn that title.

Okay, so league Average is 46% and 36%

Kobe’s postseason numbers: 44% and 33%

What should we take away from this?

RIP to my Guy, I'm honored that his legacy could be compared to the illustrious post season career of James Harden, Kobe could only dream of those kind of results.

Harden Career
Regular Season- 61 TS%, 0.226 WS/48, 6.9 BPM
Playoffs (128 Games) - 59 TS%, 0.178 WS/48, 6.7 BPM

Westbrook Career
Regular Season- 53 TS%, 0.154 WS/48, 4.7 BPM
Playoffs (106 Games) - 51 TS%, 0.125 WS/48, 4.9 BPM

What's the argument here?

Knew the TS% was coming out soon

Nothing says best scorer of all time like an equation that gives statistical favor to FT's

Alright how about we use eFG%?

Harden Career
Regular Season- 53%
Playoffs- 50%

Westbrook Career
Regular Season- 47%
Playoffs- 44%

Or you don't like that one either?

Westbrook is a top 10 PG of all-time. He absolutely deserves that credit. With that said, nobody with functioning brain cells would actually say he's better than Harden.

This west coast trip is kicking the hawks ***. Other than the W’s from Lebron and Steph going down, we been getting smoked every night. The guys are burnt out.

please quote anywhere in this thread where i've said Russ is better than Harden? My point is ya'll act like Russ is this super detrimental offensive player, literally call Harden the best offensive player of all time

for their playoff careers Harden shoots 1% better from the field & 2% better from three... he has a lower Usage Then Russ & turns the ball over at a higher rate.

So Something gotta give here, because the the difference between "an offensive detriment" & "All time best scorer" should be a lot wider
