He's definitely needed in the regular season and plays well off of any of schroeder/ad/Bron. He would've been fine playing next to Ibaka but clips got seduced by kennard

Kennard had nothing to do with the Clippers deciding to not retain trezz.

The Clippers decided to go in a different direction. Hopefully trezz works better for what the Lakers decide to do.

If anyone had an effect on trezz leaving it's serge, not Kennard. Imo

Trezz is working great here. He’s averaging 17 on a more stacked roster. Doc didn’t utilize him properly. The lack of a proper point guard didn’t help the situation there.

They didn't want to pay Trezz long term they could have given him the Kennard deal and still brought in Serge with the MLE like they did. Locker room issues not withstanding.
