Feel like Embiid and Threezus (UA ironically) the first players that come to mind that had significant injury issues to start their career yet still reach their superstar ceiling

They had been closed so long that I stopped looking, but noticed this morning that access to LA area basketball courts is byke! So I went out and got some shots up for this first time in over a year. Jumper wasn’t as rusty as I was expecting and the old man finished the session without pulling a hammy or spraining and ankle. Good times :nthat:

Like someone in here said the other day, the NBA isn’t getting back to a traditionally normal schedule for another 2 seasons. That means late 30s LeBron might not have a break as long as pandemic hiatus for a while. If anyone can overcome that, it’s him, but I wouldn’t say it’s insignificant either.
I was looking at the upcoming schedule dates earlier and Bron and Lakers fans are tripping with the blasé attitude about the play-in game. Season ends the 16th, Play-in Tournament is the 18th-21st and the Playoffs start on the 22nd. They could get an extra 6-7 days rest at a time when they need moar health.

Mavs, Lakers and Warriors end up as 6,7,8

Gonna put up a few bucks as a parlay that they all win their matchups

Butler has no chill
fake tough guy
nene saw through that

Idc what anybody says. Drose is the biggest what if he didn't get injured story. 23 and was crowned league MVP but we never saw his prime smh
what about Len Bias. most on here probably not familiar with him, but he was really the next guy up. would have been the young talent to replace the injured and aging celtics big three at that time

23 & already MVP b

& led his team to 62 wins

Gosh damn Randle’s logged a boat load of minutes...

Any argument against Joker for MVP is a waste of time.
