The glows/limes can be found in several sizes on ebay right now for under retail, though for closer to $70-100 than $40, and partial-to-full size runs have been popping up for retail or under since they dropped.
And while it may or may not be a coincidence, I think the iiis are missing a little more than the designation. Yes the pinstripes' inspiration was obviously his outfit from the 95 open just as the French open SP design was copied from his 90 open gear and the Wimbledon 2 colors came from the Royal Box, Centre Court, etc. But the white iiis don't fit the pattern. Agassi Never wore anything yellow, silver, or ice blue at Wimbledon that I can remember. And the colors don't correspond to the club or the tournament either.
So because they lack the obvious influence, premium craftsmanship/materials, and the limited designation that the SPs and PAs had, I think they probably simply intended to put out the white iiis for summer (just like the white/lime iis) and the cycle time happened to put the shoes nicely in line for a release around Wimbledon.
