🦉The Official Drake Thread6️⃣ - Drake & PND Album Fall 2024

Man if it wasn't for drake I would never willingly listen to a 21 savage verse. I checked out his tape off the strength of maybe he wouldn't be that bad since drake messin wit him but gad damn :x son is legit dumpster juice. Tape is full of wasted beats...son got the same flow no lyrics, no nothing. Can't make a chorus to save his life...it's really wild these dudes are getting paid making this trash. And I saw a dude in the other thread say this is one of the best projects this year :x :x :x :rofl: :rofl: mannn this ***** make young thug look like Andre 3000 dead *** :smh:

Who was that that called OVO lyric laundering disguised as a label :lol:

That's the best description I've heard :lol:

Madrid= Hold home
The weeknd = take care
Hush = drakes rhymes
PND= numerous songs
Makonen= drake pretty much made Tuesday his song
Mo-G= drake stole his swag

"Mo-G with the dance move"

That's crazy b, I don't even be hearing it nowhere.

Drake got the streaming game in a chokehold, he doing what ****** used to with traditional sales in the late 90's.

Apple didn't spend 19 million for his streaming number to look subpar

Sources for the bb remix :nerd:?

I remember he was supposed to be in I don't got no type remix and it never happened unfortunately :frown:.

I'm saying though, hop on the remix at the expense of whose verse? To remove any of the people on BB is blasphemy. If they give Black Beatles the My Way treatment...

I don't even want to speak that sort of thing into existence.

For an album that spent its first two weeks as an Apple Music exclusive, Drake’s Views has done quite well for itself on rival Spotify. As fastidiously added up by Music Ally, songs on the album have surpassed a staggering 3 billion total streams -- 3,043,000,000 to be semi-exact.

Views debuted on Apple Music on April 28 and there it stayed until May 13, when it hit Spotify and other streamers. The album, which has also been streamed over a billion times on Apple, debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart dated May 21 and spent a total of 26 weeks in the top five. (It slipped to No. 7 on this week’s chart.)

The biggest track on Views is, of course, "One Dance," which at 924.5 million stands as Spotify’s most streamed track ever. Then comes album closer "Hotline Bling" with 556 million spins, followed by "Too Good" at 426.5 million. The least streamed track on the album? That would be "Summers Over Interlude," with a paltry 23.5 million listens.

Over on YouTube, "Hotline Bling," which also started out as an Apple-funded exclusive, recently joined "Gangnam Style," "Uptown Funk," "Blank Space," "Hello" and about 30 others in the billion-views club. The meme-spurring video has been thumbs-uped over 4.4 million times, and thumb-downed around 410,000 times.
