Remember the rumored Drake singing/R&B tape that was supposed to drop? I'm still waiting on it.

Why?

Now days it just seems as if rappers are using mixtapes to stay relevant. I don't feel as if Drake has to do that. Anything he drops will draw attention. I feel as if mixtapes should be used for up and coming rappers who's trying to blow, for unreleased songs, demos or whatever.
