For two cycles we've seen top HS kids go to schools they never visited a week after the offer went out because of the bag. NIL matters in both.

Carrying water for who though? He’s a FSU guy and they haven’t recruited HS well. He’s saying where NIL matters MORE. He didn’t say it matters in one and not the other.

Shouldn't bother any normal FSU fan (I know normal is doing a lot of work there). They certainly have recruited the portal better than the HS ranks thus far in the Norvell tenure. The staff doesn't really have a large number of killers on the HS trail and they really don't do that type of constant hyper recruiting that it takes to land some of those kinds of kids.

And while there are definitely portal kids that they have been tops in NIL for (Fentrell Cypress, Darrell Jackson) there's a number of them that they weren't the highest NIL for (Jared Verse, Keon Coleman) and some where they were other offers for damn near double of what they offered and still landed the kid (Braden Fiske)
