Is this white people's retaliation for Obama being elected twice? Police killing black men for no reason is really the in thing to do in America. I'm sure they likely found a way to doctor that video cause none of this seems believable. I'm just really over all of this.

If you pull a gun on someone that you know has one too, expect to get shot. That goes for everyday citizens and cops. Hell, ESPECIALLY cops. We already know how they get down.
That said, I find it funny that with all those security cameras at that gas station, THAT is the angle we get. No conspiracy theory here--but it just seems strange that they'd release a video that you can barely make out what's happening without blowing up (and distorting) the image. Weird.

Um maybe he didnt want to go to jail for being caught carrying a gun? Makes sense to me...
In his case he was pretty much out of options, run and have the cop chase you out of suspicion, or point your gun at the officer and try to have him either drop his gun or give you enough space to get away.
Either way it won't go in the gunmans favor
The only resolution would be not to carry a hot gun with you in the first place... but these little kids want to be cowboys and its real out there
