What does the company look at when hiring?
"Look and mic skills are the #1 and #2 things that are looked at first. Next would be in-ring talent and backstage personality. If you're a nice guy who has a good look and can talk on the mic, you'll probably go far. Being a good worker is more of a bonus."

What is the attitude of Creative to people like Ryder who get over outside the mechanism of the shows? Do you think they felt forced to push him and/or disappointed with how he did?
"It's good that they're being proactive as long as they don't go too far. Ryder very very nearly went too far but luckily for him he did well enough for it to not matter."
This may be the attitude of the younger writers, but not the senior level people. We've seen it time and time again.

I think Barrett is as over as he's been since the start of the Nexus. Plus, he's a much better performer now. He really comes across as a main eventer.

I really wish someone watched this week, because it was really distasteful to do the neck injury angle with Ryder this week after Sorensen's injury.
Who's going to have a huge 2012?

I'm really, really interested to see how Cena is booked going into Mania, and more importantly, what happens to him after Mania. I expect him to get the win at Mania over The Rock. Of course he'll still get his superman push, but I think all fans, not just the adult males, may start to turn on him.
Is Skip going to be coming to the roster soon?

This goes for anyone not currently on the active roster... there is no reason to add anyone new between now and Mania. They will just get lost in the shuffle.
Is the Cena/Kane storyline a bust?
