Hopefully this thing drags on for a few days so he plays on Sunday.
but I'm still unsure about this deal. It seems excessive considering Eto's skills. Only thing I'm sure and thoroughly happy about is loaning outHleb

Yeah, but the two goals they surrendered to the Malaysian team will make your blood boil... a lob over VDS from 20 yards out and a mis-dribble by Foster, whichallowed the attacker to score... it was ugly.

Anyway...

^ I was listening to it online... first time I've actually listened to the play-by-play by Calabro...

Lol, it was really weird... especially hearing him mutter out names like Terry, Lampard, Anelka... Though he kept calling Bosingwa "Boswinga"...
laugh.gif

I was waiting for him to go "Terry out to Lampard... dribbles around 2 defenders... stops, pump-fakes... and lets if fly! Lampard for 3!"...

anyone know where
chelsea is staying at/ practicing before the match?

edit: yeah in Los Angeles before the Inter Match.

^ in la? the match here in seattle has already been played and i assume they have left..so i assume they have left already. as far as la i assume one of themore upscale hotels..four seasons, ritz carlton, the w, four seasons, westin, etc. same goes for their games in baltimore, and arlington/dallas. im hoping i canfind out where barcelona is staying when they come to seattle.

if liverpool gets ashley young, it'd be nice if we (united) got david silva.

but SAF says he's done so i guess we're done. kinda funny because towards the end of la liga, it looked like valencia were gonna have a firesale. butwho else has left besides albiol? i thought villa and silva would be sold for sure.

In the second half of yesterdays game, Mourinho put in Ibrahimović. Am I trippin' by thinking this move says he's staying with Inter?

The deal wont be official until Ibrahimovic agrees to contract terms with Barca and Eto'o does the same with Inter.

Arsenal appear to be after a Ligue 1 striker...rumors are either Chamakh or Gignac. No news about them looking for a CDM.

i think they need a CDM more than a forward. i think they can still find ways to score. i'm not a fan of bendtner, but he's been serviceable in theleague. if anything, maybe this lets van persie play more up front. and maybe walcott can follow henry's steps and start playing closer up front too. idunno.

guess i'm just saying i think they need more help at defensive mid. unless diaby realizes his potential, athleticism, strength, and grows football iq tobecome the next vieira.

just like united fans, i think it's a case of trust in wenger.

busy summer so far, hope it only gets better, here are some pics I took with some of the AC Milan players, hunting down Chelsea now

Sweet. I got free tickets to the practice tomorrow. Don't really know what the plan is but hopefully they have some things for the fans to do.
