Maybe I'm late on this, but Russell Wilson reminds of Charlie Ward. I think Russell has a stronger arm, but from a size, speed, accuracy perespective, they are really similar. Even down to the multiple sport aspect.

Probably by committee. Dee Hart will be a beast but just not as big as most of our running backs so probably more a hybrid type role.
