Just started growing mine back out. Been keeping it trimmed down to 1/8" but im letting it go now.

Just moisturize. Make sure to work it in well though if your beard is long. 
I used to use expensive facial lotions, but now i pretty much just use cocoa butter lotion.

My beard grows dumb slow

It's been months and my +%!# is shorter than some people in here who have been growing theirs less than a month.
