2012 OFFICIAL NBA Fantasy Basketball Thread

Picked up Antwan jamison and dropped Gerald Wallace... got tired of Wallace already. Watch him start beasting now.

Jamison began playing well under dantoni... Jamison has averaged 17.5 points and 11 rebounds in 28.5 minutes , 63% FG%

Also dropped Bargnani and picked up Chandler Parsons

So I just packaged Brandon Jennings and Josh Smith to get Rondo. I was seriously lacking in assists.
Now my team looks like
Rondo
Steph Curry
Brad Beal
Kris Humphries
Deandre Jordan
Patrick Patterson
Pekovic
Jeremy Pargo
Alexy Schved
Gerald Henderson
Lance Stephenson
Linas Kleiza

Ersan just got dropped in my money league. Keeping my eye on him in how this bench role serves him. If he does well on wednesday, instant add IMO and dropping either alonzo gee or jeremy pargo.

keep your players. Mayo, Millsap = ballin. Rubio = coming back soon good for 3s, stls, assts.
Jrue is ballin, gee is too inconsistent, gasol does not fit the pringles system right now and he is battling an injury which makes it even worse.

should i pick up stackhouse? he had 4 threes last night

jk but are you guys playing in head to head leagues or roto style?

ive been doing h2h these past few years and im starting to thinkin roto makes more sense but just a bit more boring

Is it worth dropping Hump? I need rebounding, and his minutes are so inconsistent

If you need boards Reggie evans is the man (dude's sole purpose is grabbing boards) but it depends on how shallow your league is because there could be better rebounding options. Hump's min are inconsistent due to partly Brook being back, healthy and actually producing. Last year Nets had a thin frontcourt.

My friend is offering me Jameer and JJ Hickson for Anthony Davis, what you guys think?

I wouldn't do it personally. Jameer is very injury prone even though he is producing right now, just don't want to be stuck with that headache. JJ is decent but mainly only points/boards. Anthony Davis is producing when healthy and can provide in a lot of stats. Remember it's only 14 games into a very long season. So he will be back.

I play in H2H cat, Roto, H2H pts right now. Gotta mix it up because playing one type every year gets boring. I wanna try auction drafts/keeper+picks next. Then maybe money leagues.

:x You gave up a lotttt!

Who gets to the FT line a lot? I need a player to up my FT%...

Kev Martin, OJ Mayo...? But people will be asking for my gems..

both OJ and K-Mart average around 4 free throws a game. K-Mart shoots a better percentage and should be cheaper than Mayo

Sorry for the confusion...I need some rather lowkey players that get to the line besides the two mentioned.

I joined my first league on yahoo. There's only 6 of us so the chances to pick up marquee players is very high. Here's my line up. I wanted to see if it stacks up against the 2nd line up below who's my brother in law. Do I have any weaknesses and if so how to tweak them?
