If you're in the USA, the only way to see live footage is on that site Or if you know your "usual stream sites" to hit up. Everything on NBC TV will be tape delay, only the Swimming rounds early this morning, the Marathon to close the games, and the Men's Basketball final will be shown live on NBC TV.

My dude Phelps judging by this picture, his performances thus far in the olympics and other meets since 08', his heavily talked about dieting, appears to really try and get by off of his natural talent and this time around isn't taking his craft as serious as he should. (Or as he did in 08.)
He's far heavier than I've ever seen him.
