I havent read any of this thread, so maybe it was already addressed. But the TV coverage of this olympics has been horrible. I mean, 8-12 every night? Its on freakin tape delay. Why cant it be from 7-11 or 6-10? Shouldnt networks want kids to watch this? Working people?

And where are the other channels of coverage? I feel like there should be olympics on ALL DAY LONG. Its the FREAKIN OLYMPICS. There are some boring *** events, dont get me wrong.....but put those events on TV at noon on a tuesday for gods sake. I just dont understand the timing of the olympic covereage, and the lack of variety. This happens once every 4 years. People want more.

Or at least I do.

The Olympics are on all day. It's on NBC, MSNBC, Bravo, CNBC and NBC Sports network.  It's not just NBC primetime from 8-12.  NBC's coverage goes from 9am to 5pm then there's a gap between 5 and 8 for local news and whatnot, then the prime time coverage starts at 8.  Check the schedules for the other channels...http://www.nbcolympics.com/tv-listings/index.html

Am part of the few that's looking forward to the Track and Field events? In Beijing, NBC barely covered them because the USA weren't major players, but those event are always epic. Especially now with Blake vs. Bolt

It's like Bolt and Phelps seem not so invincible anymore. More disappointing with Bolt though if he doesn't dominate. He's still under 25.
