Another angle

Good now Michigan fans can shut the **** up about them always beating SEC opponents.

Their overall record against the SEC is pretty good (not sure what it is now used to be like 25-5 or something) so they been harping on that whenever SEC v. whoever is brought up.

Alabama trashed them earlier this year of course. But like any homer all I heard was "we still beat the SEC"

Jadaveon Clowney is an experience. I believe he's already locked up the best defensive play of 2013. Just incredibly blessed to watch that live. I was screaming for a good minute.

Clemson and USCe both put on a show. Great games.

Edit: I was texting my friend from Columbia about Clowney pulling a Maurice Clarett and suing errybody. He didn't appreciate the humor. Dude cursed me to a life of jaded women coupled with an insatiable heroin addiction.

Inb4 crooks gives that a two thumbs up.

The TV angle replay of the play was the best. The amount of ground he covered and how quick and direct it was... I will forever be in awe.

I still can't believe this punk a** FSU team gets such an easy bowl opponent

And Florida is playing the Denver Broncos? You do know that FSU would be favored to win by more points vs Louisville then they are vs NIU, right?

LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. - Day two of practices at the 2013 Under Armour All-America games is in the books. As was the story on day one, the nations top ranked prospect Robert Nkemdiche (Loganville, Ga./Grayson) turned in a dominant performance along with a Miami defensive back commitment.

Miami commitment Artie Burns turned in a terrific performance on day two.

Here is a look at Tuesday's top performers.

1. Robert Nkemdiche, SDE, Loganville (Ga.) Grayson
Not sure what else can be said about Nkemdiche. He lines up outside, he can win with first step quickness followed by power or technique turning the corner. He lines up inside, and he can win with a powerful bull rush, a very quick first step or the occasional spin move and close. His versatility to play end and slide into tackle sets him apart from other lineman in the class.

2. Artie Burns, CB, Miami (Fla.) Northwestern
Simply put, Burns enjoyed an otherworldly day at corner. Burns not only showed his pure speed, but also demonstrated his ability to redirect routes in press coverage, react and recover and close with physicality to ensure pass break ups. Over the course of two days, Burns has been very impressive athletically and physically with active hands.

3. Chris Jones, DE, Houston (Ms.)
While Jones suffered a stinger late on the second day of practice, the 6-foot-5, 255-pound Mississippi State commit with a recent Alabama offer continued to prove he has as much upside as any in the 2013 class. His first step is not only quick, but covers so much ground and he plays with a low inside shoulder naturally.

4. Carl Lawson, WDE, Alpharetta, Ga.) Milton
Simply put, the 6-foot-2.5, 250-pound Lawson has a special first step. Not only is Lawson unblock able in this setting because of that special first step, and second step, but he also continues to use his strength and ability to win the leverage battle to his advantage.

5. Henry Poggi, DT, Baltimore (Md.) Gillman
The 6-foot-3, 260-pound Michigan commitment lined up over the ball on Tuesday, and proved to be too quick and technically sound to be blocked one-on-one. Poggi not only flashed a quick first step, but also got small and used his hands to near perfection quickly dismissing would be blocking centers.

6. Kevin Olsen, QB, Wayne (NJ) Wayne Hills
The Miami commitment impressed with his overall command again on day two, along with his compact release and ability as a natural passer. Despite a breeze at times during the workout, the 6-foot-2.5, 190-pounder made sure throws in the intermediate game, and down the field in general. He also showed impressive pocket presence in the team portion of the practice.

7. Kelvin Taylor, RB, Belle Glade (Fla.) Glades Day
It's difficult for a running back to stand out in the practice, all-star game type setting, but the 5-foot-10, 216-pounder did so on Tuesday. He showed his excellent vision and feet on numerous occasions, even bouncing a pair of zone plays to the outside and getting to the corner. As always, Taylor made cuts with ideal body control.

Florida commitment Kelvin Taylor showed his excellent vision and feet in the hole on Tuesday.

8. Grant Hill, OG, Huntsville (Al.)
The 6-foot-5, 295-pound Hill had a very strong showing in one-on-one's and team on today. He won back-to-back one-on-one's against fellow Alabama commit DeMarcus Walker (Jacksonville, Fla./Sandalwood) with a strong punch, solid base and active feet, and showed more of that in the run game in team.

9. Marcus Baugh, TE, Riverside (Calif.) North
In a game with terrific tight end prospects, the Ohio State commit continues to shine. As the 6-foot-4, 230-pounder did at The Opening, Baugh catches everything in sight and has done so playing through contact and in traffic with very tight windows.

10. Alvin Kamara, APB, Norcross (Ga.)
Top247 four-star Kamara has real edge quickness, and it has shown up in spades thus far. Today, the 5-foot-11, 195-pounder turned a number of zone plays into bursts to the edge getting to the corner with ease. As is always the case, Kamara also proved to have sure hands out of the backfield. Alabama and Georgia are considered the top two for the versatile back.

Notes:

- Virginia Tech commitment Holland Fisher (Midlothian, Va./Manchester) continues to show his versatility as a hybrid safety/outside linebacker, and with his ability to play in coverage and play in run support.

- Ohio State commitment Cameron Burroughs (Trotwood, Oh./Trotwood-Madison) impressed with sound footwork and fluid movement Tuesday. In drills, the 6-foot-0, 205-pounder joined Texas A&M commitment Noel Ellis (New Orleans, La./Edna Karr) as the top defensive backs in terms of smooth pedal and change of direction flipping the hips.

- Michigan offensive guard commitment David Dawson (Detroit, Mi./Cass Technical) impressed in a very important way Tuesday. It's one thing to have the physical talent the 6-foot-4, 290-pounder possess, but he very much impressed from a cerebral standpoint. Dawson knew assignments, and receiver praise for that from the coaching staff in a setting in which many linemen look lost on day one and two.

- Baylor wide receiver commitment Robbie Rhodes (Fort Worth, Texas/Southwest) had an early drop in seven-on-seven's, but turned in very impressive practice highlighted by a one handed touchdown reception running through the ball, and away from a would be defensive back. Rhodes speed is very easy to see, even in this setting as he glides around the field and by a number of fast defensive back prospects. Getting off press coverage is an area for development.

- Reuben Foster (Auburn, Al.) has been making big hits and highlight reel plays all over the place for two days, but he continues to move much better than he did at 250-plus pounds last summer. He's reactions are quicker and his recovery speed is much improved down 18-20-pounds.

- Oklahoma running back commitment Keith Ford (Cypress, Texas/Cypress Ranch) continues to show he has feet in the hole matched and surpassed only by Kelvin Taylor. Ford is moving with confidence, and quickness, with every handoff or reception out of the backfield.

- Penn State quarterback commitment Christian Hackenberg (Fork Union, Va./Fork Union Military) made a number of high level throws Tuesday, including one rolling right to Washington commitment Demorea Stringfellow (Moreno Valley, Calif.Rancho Verde), who made the catch of the day stretching out with perfect timing on the move across the middle.

- Alabama quarterback commitment Cooper Bateman (Salt Lake City, Ut./Cottonwood) displayed impressive ball handling at the position throughout the practice. He also made an impressive check down on a shallow cross under duress.

Olsen and Burns :hat
