no lie, this season has legit killed my feels for all these dudes. they can all go. Everybody i fought for last year, I'm over all of them. nick, jordan, all can go in my opinion. lets just start fresh with kobe and a whole new cast. these guys have just ruined this laker season for me. byron can go to. the nostalgia of an og laker in charge has beeeeeen expired.

Oh man it would be soooo entertaining dude give mike brown death stares to everyone :lol

Still hope mj becomes a coach one day :lol

mj would tarnish. he has to fix his bob kittena first. why he gotta coach. he dont need the money.

kobe coach would suck.too.

time.for.Okafor and calilarry

i want to see how this team will do post-kobe. from coaching changes to players, all the decisions this franchise have made the passed few years have had to deal with him being on the roster and in a way they had cater to that "win now" mentality or even his play style.

as much as i want to win NOW, i wouldn't mind seeing an organic growth of talent through the years and a rise to the top similar to what GS did, and how utah is seeing their players develop now. i'm sure it will be very frustrating, but it could also be very rewarding.
Yea Kobe casts a huge shadow over everything, with minimal return basketball wise.

Anyone have any info on this t-shirt from the ESPN article? I've been looking for a nice-looking Lakers t-shirt that isn't obnoxiously yellow/purple for a while. Thanks in advance.

Tank Watch 3/27
Lakers vs Raptors...Of course Lowry is sitting out tonight. Go Raptors.
Celtics vs Knicks...Celtics try to bounce back after laying an egg last game. Go Knicks.
T'Wolves vs Rockets...A T'Wolves win would help in more ways than one. Go T'Wolves.
Clippers vs Sixers...I'll be impressed if the Sixers can keep it within 10. Go Sixers.
Pistons vs Magic...Pistons have won their last three games. Go Magic.

I know a lot of folks in here don't like Lin. But I wonder where Lin ends up next year. I think he's got potential. Steve Nash should be his model, since the technical fundamentals and shooting that made Steve excel can be developed at least to a small degree. Shame what's happening to him this season, but with the state of our personnel and our coaching, he didn't have a chance. I'm thinking he would grow the most if he went to a team like the Hawks, that play a free flowing game and isn't dominated by a single superstar.

hes been well as a backup guard under Byron, hope he stays with us. he can be secondary offensive unit with Davis Dolphin.

There goes Kevin Durant -- out for the remainder of the season officially, per Royce Young.

Nothin to worry about tho. :lol

The Thunder announced Kevin Durant will miss the rest of the regular season, saying the MVP needs another foot surgery. He is expected to return to basketball activities in 4-6 months
I think the Lakers and Mavs swap point guards.
I wouldn't mind.

I don't think Rondo makes enough of a W/L difference to catapult us from excellent tanking position to sports purgatory (10/9/8/7/6 seed), and he's a top player in the league at SOMETHING (passing, while Lin is a top player in the league at nothing), and I think could be retained as a valuable piece if we get on the right track fairly quickly (and I don't think the same of Lin).

I don't know, Rondo will probably ask for like double what Lin is going to get.

Rondo for $10-12M per year at age 29 or Lin for $5-6M at age 26? Tough.
