I was absolutely floored by the dunk Adrien Payne did last night. Ridiculous athleticism that had me

Payne put the ball below his ankles, **** caught me so off guard.
Whoa.Payne put the ball below his ankles, **** caught me so off guard.
:x
THAT is the dunk you dudes were all freaking out over in the college basketball thread?
Thought Payne did a 720 double windmill with the reactions some people were posting.
so simmons ad OKB have the same opinions on GordonFrom Bill Simmons, which may, or may not help the argument. And we disagree on Gordon — he’s Shawn Marion 2.0 with a dash of Blake and a dash of Kirilenko thrown in. I came around on Gordon the more I watched him. Crazy athletic, good hoops IQ, super-competitive. I’m in. By the way, Marion 2.0 is no joke — we just got 15 years and counting from the Matrix.
so simmons ad OKB have the same opinions on Gordon . anyways yall see Gordon able to guard like 3-4 postions on the floor?
Frank White was crushing everyone though.
Well Tyrus Thomas certainly made the jump to the pros at the right time, in retrospect.Jerami Grant expected to declare according to SI's Pete Thamel.
I don't know who gave him advice and told him that he could make the jump now, but they were wrong. What's worse is that he has an uncle and father who've played in the NBA. He's athletic, but that's about it. Outside of the paint, he has virtually no skill. The Dayton game proved that to a tee. They scouted him extremely well, rendered his spin move ineffective and forced him to get the ball at or near the top of the key. He's nothing more than a Tyrus Thomas type. I hate to say it, but I expect him to be out of the league at the end of his rookie deal if he doesn't improve dramatically outside of five feet from the basket.
And? There are plenty of bums who overstayed their welcome and collected a check. He was a bust in every definition of the word. The Bulls gave up Lamarcus Aldridge for him. Grant can't dribble, has no post moves and can't hit the broad side of a barn outside the paint.
And if someone is giving him a 1st round grade right now, then he should leave now.Grant can't dribble, has no post moves and can't hit the broad side of a barn outside the paint.
