Are you trolling? There are FOUR cities that are widely considered to be the major ones in America. NY, LA, Chi, Miami.

Since when is Miami considering to be a major American city?

New York and Los Angeles are on another level.

And how are you going to mention major cities in America and NOT mention Boston? :smh:

The Rockets have a potentially great roster

Also Houston is a huge and diverse market, its just that you never hear about it

No one is denying this. But those 2 are going to a major city, meaning one of the big 4.

I get what you are saying

But Miami isn't necessarily a big 4 city

Its nice because of weather and taxes but it doesn't compare to New York, LA or Chicago

Miami is actually kinda sleepy relative to those places

San Francisco is more of a "major" city than Miami....

"but they don't have a basketball team" ..... technically no, but the Warriors play 10 mins down the street

No one is saying Miami is on the level of the other 3. New York, Los Angeles and Chicago will forever be THE 3 major cities BUT Miami does get thrown in the last decade or so.

Again, no one is saying Miami will ever be on the level of the other 3 but it does tend to get bunched in recently.

Boston? LMAO.

 Miami ain't even the biggest city in FL. Even with LBJ there a medium sized market.

Regardless, Lebron James is not making a free agent decision based on your personal rankings of cities

this thread is starting to take that downturn we feared.

If only we had... nevermind

If a person that is intelligent enough to make a username on Niketalk really thinks Miami is one of the 4 major cities in this country then our educational system is truly failing the youth.

Do you mean lifestyle or a big market

the Pistons have a squad...

they put up over 100 points per game.... they just didn't defend very well ....SVG will change all that

look at the numbers put up by their starting 5 ...  they have 3 double-double machines down low

they're just a bunch of degenerates....

There are no 4 major cities, theres 3. But I should've clarified I'm speaking largely in terms of sports/free agency.

San Fran, Dallas, etc are obviously "bigger" markets than Miami.

But Miami would be attractive in FA if not for LBJ being there in the 1st place so what point are you trying to make?
