Reason: KD signs with UA or Nike matches, this adds 25+ per year to his bank, Leaving OKC to go to a big Market or Wiz becomes less and less of a thing, and less appealing to a quiet KD, anyway.
Plus the contracts give him a YouthCenter in his Mothers name based in OKC.
OkC can keep a team around him that can compete, KD isn't going anywhere, and may resign WITHOUT max money to help this to fruition.

I would hate to see Bledsoe go. I am telling you if he stays healthy, he can be a top 3 PG. He's already one of the best guard defenders. I think people underestimate how good he really is. Bledsoe going to Houston, I would pick them out the West.
