you say haward wont live up to his contract. but look around the league, how many guys live up to what they are paid? how do we even measure their worth? jazz got money to spend, who are they waiting for? lebron/melo/bosh? those guys dont sign to places like utah. you want the owner to just not spend? is him signing gonna hurt utah from attracting free agents? i doubt it
