But they need to rest those two as much as they can. Running them into the ground as it is and now he's out there again.

True..unfortunately all of the Yankee games were extremely tight so they were overused..

It's not like we have Gardner & Ellsbury who are both good hitters that would benefit batting 1 & 2. Instead of Gardner getting on, Jeter hitting a weak ground ball, and Ells coming up without a runner on who would be a distraction for the pitcher.
