2014 NFL Draft Thread

Ok just read this whole thread and so much good info in here on guys I would of passed on. Anyway my team is the Buffalo Bills (yeah I know they suck) but ive been with the since 89'. My question is what do we need? Im lost every year I have high hopes but I get nothing in return. Our defense looks fine minus the secondary. I think we need to pick up a CB and safety in the draft. I was never sold on Gilmore and I still aint plus we need depth back there.
Offense....idk is EJ the answer? Whats up with CJ? Stevie johnson benefits from being on a bad team and hes the only options imo nothing special. Im just lost where do we start?

EJ has proven he can potentially be the answer as a franchise QB. Woods has shown flashes to be a true #2 opposite Stevie. CJ and Freddy form a two-headed monster. Glenn and Wood means you're set at LT and C. Pears is serviceable I suppose. Could upgrade in the middle rounds with an OG, not major priority.

Dareus and Mario anchors the front four. Alonso has flourished. Could add another OLB unless you're sold on Bradham. Once again, middle rounds. Not a priority.

I'm surprised investing highly in McKelvin, Gilmore, and Williams hasn't paid dividends. Not one bit. Byrd is obviously the best player in the secondary. A guy like Exum who can play corner or safety fills a need with his versatility. His stock is dropping so that provides value in R2 or R3.

I've seen bits and pieces from Searcy I like, but he's not a long-term answer.

You may not want one after the way he played last night. :lol

j/k I know one game doesn't make a whole career, but I didn't like a bit of what I saw from him throwing the football.

Finally played a team that could consistently get pressure on him and he struggled mightily throwing the ball anywhere on the field accurately...

hopefully couple teams view him as just a system QB..

and he has a couple off weeks because of injury, so teams cool on him a bit

But once combine time and the interview process comes he'll be the number 2 Qb behind Bridgewater.

any chance be jumps teddy cause of his lack luster season?

I was thinking about that earlier in the season but Teddy will have good numbers by the end of the season, has great leadership qualities, and will kill during the interviews.

tell me all about the QB's that can throw crisp accurate passes on one leg and 2 defenders in your face all game
