calling it now that ben simmons won't be as good as people think he will be

Everybody has been sht-ing on him the last few weeks :lol. It's quite funny. Ben will be good at the worst.

This dude has SUPERSTAR potential. In 4 years...y'all will slurp him. Just wait on it.

Am I the only weary of a kid that couldn't carry his team to a 68 man field?

That environment didnt help though. Had the worst coach in college basketball this season.

Whats more worrisome to me than him not making the tourney is the apathy that he plays with and the fact that he cant and wont shoot past 6 feet

The SEC wasn't that good either they should of had more Wins of that alone

They actually did pretty well in the SEC all things considered. Finished like 4th in the conference. Got to the conference semis. Just dropped some really bad games early, and lost some close ones down the stretch.

Again, I can't stress how bad of a coach Johnny Jones is.

I wasn't sure wheen giannis would start to come into his own but man, is he doing so right now. Work on that jumper over the summer and he's good.

If they had Craig Victor all year they would of been much better early but still some bad L's

Johnny Jones. All that needs to be said.

Ben was fine. He played for the worst coach in basketball. They were probably about a game away from the tourney. He's next up.

He also stubbornly refuses to/can't shoot the ball from further than 6 feet away. I know his team was poorly coached but yesterday was an embarrassment; and his play/body language wasn't very encouraging.

The fact that Kidd benched MCW for OJ and kinda gave Giannis the point, then benched Monroe to open things up and get Giannis even more shots, then benched whoever else needed to be benched to allow Giannis to get his 40mpg, really gave him some Extra Confidence.

Kidd might be a Genius.

Agreed.

The big kid Robinson should not be playing basketball. Horrible. Hornsby missed a decent amount of time too. They were clearly better with Hornsby/Victor. No excuses though. They had some bad losses even with the whole team together.

He's hit a few jumpers. He had a stretch where he was wiling to take it...and actually making them. He needs to shoot it though. Hurts the team when he doesn't. Critical that he improves that. I'm optimistic. He's a 68% FT shooter on a high volume....and that's after a slump the last 10 or so games from the line. He just has to improve. Which he will.

And I watched the whole LSU game the other day. They jumped out to a lil lead....then Quartmerman decided he didn't want to pass the ball to Ben....Ben picked up two fouls. Sat for the rest of the half and TX A&M opened up a 20 pt lead.

It was over from there. Johnny Jones is literally the worst though. His halftime interview was pure idiot savant. Dude was begging to be fired :lol.
