Why didn't you hold onto them a little longer... I'm sure price will keep going up for a while tbh

Because I'm an idiot and im thirsty as hell :lol

I have his 2nd to last home game against the Clippers up for sale right now too. Wont be so quick to pull the trigger on these

a $3600 profit is nothing to complain about :lol

But yeah you probably could've got even more if you waited 2 more weeks. You never know tho, Kobe could get hurt his next game & the market for those tickets would tank.

I think you did quiet well.  Who knows also if kobe will go down with another injury before the final game.

IMO

The man is bigger than the shoes. He rarely plays, doesnt have any marquee individual performances this season to sell the shoes, and gsw has kind of dominated everything NBA related, and he's played in huge regular season games, has huge regular season and finals performances over the past year or so, so throw those things together you create the perfect storm for steph to overtake not only kobe but everyone else on there as well

Plus I love the Curry's, especially the lows. Really dope looking shoe

Bruski,

Curry overtake? No way. Curry can have a 100 pt game and it wouldn‘t matter.

Curry is a pansy. All he does is jack shots like a Vince Carter in tbe Raptors playoff.

Masculiity in check B. Curry can sell ankle pants, leggings, oral dentures, mouth guards and what not to Bay Area, EX Capernick and EX A.Smith fans, bur he is far from any masculine player.

Breh! Read my mind.

This shoulder thing scared the hell out of me. Definitely didnt want to be sitting with these when he announces he's done for the season cause he's retorn his labrum in his shoulder.

Plus I initally bought them to go to the game, I didnt buy them to sell so I wasnt too pressed to get the highest amount possible.

If the Lakers weren't so bad, I honestly think he would not have announced his retirement the way he did or had the circus tour.

The writing was on the wall, and I am sure they timed it from the get go, when Kobe got that two year high way robbery wall street gordon gekko like salary.

Haha dang curry walking all over michael jordans grave right now

Pretty soon all the MJ stans will have left is the " ring count " argument

Why are Kobe's numbers struggling so mightily?? Pretty surprised to see that tbh

To someone else's point

All right on. And to take it a step further on Kobe, if it really is high school kids and younger who are mainly driving the shoe sales, it stands to reason Kobe just simply isn't as popular with that demographic as he used to be. We're going on six years removed from the Lakers last title and, what, four years since Kobe last played close to a full season? So kids that are like 14-15 Y/O now just aren't going to think about Kobe the way they do Steph and KD, etc.

Curry 1 > 2

Just heard the Thunder are the 90s Jazz. 2 great players, lock for 50 plus wins but will never win a thing.
Don't disrespect the Jazz like that.
since the only game that matter this week is dubs vs spurs, who yall got??

that iggy absence is gonna be felt I think.. I just can't think of any lineup the spurs can run with that can beat the dubs in both offense and defense.
Iggy has't had a good game since Thanksgiving. Should be okay without him.

ppl have died for J's...aint nobody gettin shot up for a pair of under armours

Jordan shoes are part of popular culture now independent from him as a player. There's people who are Jordan heads who never saw him play live. Plus, its a brand, not just one shoe. There are Jordan releases every week that sell.

Nothing is comparable to what MJ did and still does for basketball shoes and nothing ever will be.

Common Knowledge.

Crazy the shoes back then till now weight wise.

I tried to ball in my Air More's and them bad boys felt like boots on my feet. Quickly went back to my Kyrie 2's.

I broke out some Penny 2s recently just to walk around and they felt bulky as hell. Not to mention the outsole one of the shoes started to detach after few hours. Probably wore those shoes less than a total of 10 times in my life. :{
