I broke out some Penny 2s recently just to walk around and they felt bulky as hell. Not to mention the outsole one of the shoes started to detach after few hours. Probably wore those shoes less than a total of 10 times in my life.

If you eliminate charges you will get something like the allstar game this year. There would be no reason at all for defensive positioning, as the offensive guy would always have the advantage.

If you remove charges you're allowing offensive players like LeBron who use their size and strength to just bulldoze over defenders.

You're changing the game to make all fouls go in favor of the offensive player. Why even try to play defense if the other guy can just truck you without getting called for a foul?
