start burning Howard jersey

Houston's squad will be drastically different and that will start with D12's well known departure and not picking up Brewer's loophole of an contract option.

Terry and Smoove will be gone as well.  The day of the Beasley has cometh

Apparently this wasn't the first time the reporter had asked Draymond to compare the Warriors play to the Houston floods. Now dude might lose his job because of his persistence :lol
He wanted Draymond to say they were making it rain! That's so outrageous!
You're spot on. I was thinking Splash Bros, but you're right.

Stay classy, reporter. :{

Living in the area, there's absolutely no buzz about the Wizards. They fall fourth in line out of the major four DC sports teams

That's true. Football is by far number one here. Caps have been consistently good for years now and the Nationals every other year. Nats also have the current MVP.

Damn at the Hornets and Wizards being bottom 5. One team in the playoffs and had a really good year. The other has a star.

DC is a basketball city though, which make this situation that much more sad.

Last year when the Wizards were actually doing something, there was a serious buzz.

During the Gilbert days, there was a serious buzz.

DC folks WANT a reason to cheer for a basketball team but why should they?

Why shouldn't they cheer? They have John Wall, Bradley Beal and a team that played hard most nights from what I saw. They have a bad coach and dealt with injuries - don't see how that's grounds for the city to give up on the team.

You aren't looking at things from a historical standpoint.

Over the last 25 years, this team has done practically NOTHING.

That is why it is hard for this city to ever get behind them consistently
