1. Ron Harper played there 5 years, they made the playoffs TWICE and got bumped in the first round. ANd the year BEFORE he got to Chicago, they won 27 games. Do your research man. It is 2016.

I just want you to understand numbers in an losing effort is demoralizing for a player. So if he is able to go to a winning situation that gives him LIFE (reinvigoration), even if he is getting 15 fewer FGAs in his new setting.

He has been fortunate. Having talent is something all coaches wish they had, but it doesn't guarantee winning. Coaching that level of talent is a skill. And being SO consistent with winning when having that talent is amazing.
