Redd had a STUPID 3 yr stretch from '05-'07. Dude was scoring on everybody. Gave Tay & Detroit like 27 a night in the playoffs that one year.

He was entertaining man.
Yo I remember when him and Ben Gordon went toe to toe and combined for 100 points

Thunder signed Adrian Griffin to replace Monty Williams who will not be returning
No need for him to come back right now considering the circumstances. Adrian Griffin is a pretty good coach imo he will be a great head coach.
Real talk they should just send the Select Team + whichever really young guys wanna play like Drummond/Dame/CJ/Klay/Boogie/Hayward.

That would be so much more fun than seeing the usual squad. The experience going up against all the veteran teams would be great for the young players too,

With a couple of leaders they could still win the Gold and build the grassroots program even stronger.
Bomani Jones actually said something similar to that on the Right Time. I 100% agree with that statement. It would bring someone interest and the games will be more competitive. It would give exposure to the younger guys on an international level and that experience will be invaluable for them.

The remaining finalize:

Carmelo Anthony
Kevin Durant
Andre Iguodala
Kevin Love
Dwight Howard
DeMarcus Cousins
DeMar DeRozan
Andre Drummond
Kenneth Faried
Rudy Gay
Kyrie Irving
Klay Thompson
Harrison Barnes
Bradley Beal
Jimmy Butler
Mike Conley
Paul George
Draymond Green
Gordon Hayward
DeAndre Jordan
Kawhi Leonard
Damian Lillard

they need to do whatever they can to make carmelo and kd play

gonna suck without wall paul westbrook and curry not being there

The media has been trying to really make the Olympics seem important to the NBA players but it never will be a priority. The Paul George injury put the nail in the coffin on that. Especially when America can field a "B team" and still run the table.

But what happens when we have to start seeing our C/D the again

The C/D team is never going back. Especially with Gregg Pop coaching now. People will commit just not all the A guys.

I feel like all the healthy guys who are under 27 and don't have a medal should go, the rest it doesn't really matter.

the elite players made their point. after seeing some of the other guys lose in tournaments, they sent their best and got the gold to remind any doubters.

I kinda want Melo to sit these Olympics out. He's 32 now & a year removed from major knee surgery.

It'd be cool for him to have 3 gold medals, though.

Na Melo should go would to see what his role will be.

Hopefully the team places in DC for Obama.
