Just read through the interview and it didnt sound bad at all btw. I actually really liked what Phil had to say. You just gotta understand who Phil is and take what he says for what its worth. But I truly believe he is going to do what he feels is best to build this team right, placing an emphasis on selflessness and the concept of need and fit as opposed to strictly talent and personal selfishness.
