Still don't think it makes sense for the Mets to hold onto all of those starters. Team ERA rose by .1 from 2015 to 2016. Gsellman and Lugo proved to be pretty solid. They need to flip one of those young starters for another bat. Cespedes alone isn't gonna do it.

It really isn't likely that you can spread it very far.

$110 mil will barely get you Aroldis Chapman and Mike Napoli.

It's a catch 22. You can't trade one cause of potential injuries but you should trade one because of potential injuries. I'm in favor of staying put and hoping you get enough production out of Conforto this year. Wanna see an upgrade and catcher and first though.
