I think Dion is gonna play, he only missed Friday's practice and was back yesterday, but you could do worse than Howard against a Bengals team missing Burfict and a few other starters.
You definitely shouldn't drop Dion Lewis...there's no way there's nobody worse on your team unless it's an 8 team league.
