The thing with the refs was a huge black eye for the NBA but wasn't evidence of 'rigged'.

It was evidence that NBA refs are completely out of control sometimes; clueless.

I've said for the longest that the 2 most difficult things in sports are hitting a baseball and reffing an NBA game. Making the decisions they make at a million miles an hour, it's tough.

And they are terrible at it far too often. Preferential treatment, superstar calls, being wrong on blocking/charging so often, dudes taking 4/5/6/23 steps across the court without dribbling and nothing is called, not knowing who the hell a technical foul was given to... it's ridiculous, man.

But that's what it is: ridiculous.

Not rigged.

Ridiculous.

What you did there..

I see you bruv

raw

Really questionable in the beginning. I didn't think so at first but i'm rewatching the game now.

I mean every damn warrior player getting hit with 2 quickies which completely took the dubs physicality on that side of the ball away meanwhile the Cavs are getting away with murder as far as holding  and riding KD, Steph, and Klay out on their pindowns.

come on man. I' wanted gsw to win also, but the game was a joke. There were laker games that I felt were called crappy and I called it out. Of course I want to win, always, but I want the advantage to be my talent or the talent of my guys. 5 vs 5. not 5 vs 8.

Tonight was one of the poorest called games I've ever seen. It was so one sided it didn't even feel real. and you know silver was there. i can't even..man come on.

Like..I know it's a business, but a business of entertainment. Stopping play every :38 seconds to call a warrior for a foul isnt entertaining. Not even being biased. I called that love face hit on kd a flagrant. I called that draymond neck pull on TT a flagrant as well.

Bball is one of my passions man. The rules matter. This favoritism stuff. Some of these refs are in over their heads and have no business with a whistle. Even through it all, the warriors had a chance. Got it down to about 10 i think a couple times. Then a whistle and a run.

And it's no hate to cleveland at all. they seized the opportunity and balled out. But to say they didnt get a push would be a bold face lie. Like, they're already balling, why you gotta help em too?
this isnt a lie.. its not even a bout free throws.

cleveland was allowed to play much more physical and hack like crazy. where as when it was golden state , they were calling soft fouls on golden state. after the lead was huge , they threw a couple bones at golden state.

i dont care , i may not like cleveland but if they win straight up . they win.  it didnt feel like that and hasnt been imo ;

i still think the kings got screwed and the lakers won because of it. that wasnt fair and thats my team. it has nothing to do with being biased in my opinion . i want fair games and competition over who im going for and want to win. . that no back court on kyrie. im sorry thats was obvious . everyone saw that live and no replay was needed. i dont believe refs are that incompetent.

Only people complaining about the refs in this game were all the people who voted Warriors in 4 [emoji]128514[/emoji]

There wasn't this much outcry after games 1-2 offciating when the dubs were allowed to play physical as the Cavs were tonight

i had warriors in 6 . this guy just making up nonsense.

same here . i value fair competition , integrity of the game over who i want to win. i mean ive known the nba is full of ish but you want to give them the benefit of the doubt. like a kid that wants to believe in santa claus  .

ive been calling for automated refs for the longest. its 2017 , this shouldnt be such a huge issue. nba truly has no shame.

The entire NBA from writers, to fans alike tonight have been voicing the blatantly bad calls tonight and you think it's only the people in here who voted Warriors in 4? Come on bro, don't take it there.

There's NBA writers who had the cavs winning this series alluding to the ****** calls from tonight, but it's only those who "picked the warriors in x amount of games" Lol

Everyone on the dubs not named KD played like utter trash

They got way too perimeter happy on offense instead of attacking the paint. Why steph waited until the fourth to finally drive to the basket is mind boggling. Be aggressive, it's like once he realized the refs werent gonna call fouls both ways he just acquiesced to taking threes.

Overall the offense just looked stagnant as hell, dudes just standing around waiting on KD to get into the paint. Dray didnt look like he was trying to facilitate and instead wanted to take shots, granted some of them wide open. Most of the dubs looked like cavs players from games one thru three just standing and watching bron/kyrie take turns. A little too much ISO tonite and ugly ball movement.

Their defensive rotations were horrid as well, leaving shooters wide open on the corner after being slow to recover off doubles and traps. **** just looked uncharacteristic all game

I mean i assume a big part of it was the refs really destroyed any chance at getting in a rhythm by stopping play, getting the starters in foul trouble so klay/dray couldnt play aggressive defense, and calling a piss poor game. Whats encouraging though is if you look past that extremely poorly officiated first quarter, dubs and cavs were even most of the rest of the game.

I fully expect the dubs to return to Oakland on monday and come out aggressive. It aint perfect but ill take 4-1.

I'm not arguing that. What I'm saying is this shoddy officiating has been going on this WHOLE series. Refs showed Cavs no love games 1-2. And now it seems people want to make it even a bigger deal now that the Warriors weren't able to get the historic sweep and now the conspiracy theorists start to come out of the woodworks

Y'all didn't think the zebras were gonna direct the trilogy?
they did last year.

if they do it again this year im out.

. if they keep this up im done with the nba. straight up. will be my last year as a fan.

my man shoeking. you really didnt think the refs can effect the outcome of a game.they obviously can.

read this on r/nba and its exactly what happened tonight

"Whenever it's 2-0, 3-0, etc. the calls are often heavily biased in the first half. They're just like what you saw here: the "down" team will only be called for blatant and on-ball fouls, and outside of that be given considerable leeway to get away with "soft fouls" or egregious contact away from the ball. The "up" team will be called for virtually every possible soft foul and many instances of off-ball contact. Why? Because these are all technically fouls in the strictest sense, so you can defend that the calls are just. But through the extremely selective enforcement you can change the likely outcome of the game.

They taper off in the 3rd, the 4th gets fairly even, and in the last couple plays they don't call much of anything unless it's intentional or REALLY blatant (and even then often not). This supposedly makes up for the extreme handicapping early on by giving the "up" team a legitimate chance to win.

It's so predictable it's practically a script at this point."

Any time you give klay and dray two fouls within the first 8 minutes of the game youre neutralizing their defense...

In what ******* universe does a defense like the warriors give up 86 points in one half and 49 in one quarter?

Look for curry to pass on the line up and taper this weekend. Bro finna cop some 5000mg tabs of Biotin and a couple bottles of Mane n Tail. Those nappy fro powers finna be lit af monday

This is why I thought shoeking was being a little over zealous after last game when he kept saying "rigged huh" or "refs will keep it close huh" and stuff like that.

I mean, shoeking, you seem to bet often enough that I would think you'd understand what we were trying to say by 'the refs would keep it close or make sure Cavs won' etc.

They followed the script last game, but you can only direct, you can't actually give the game to a team that just won't win.

I can't believe how you're being on this tbh

oh NOW you see it [emoji]129300[/emoji]

if you look at scoring by quarters the refs robbed us of a good close game because of that first quarter. the nba was so scared the cavs were gonna get swept but it tirns out the cavs had heart and didnt need help. cavs still would have probably come out on top but who knows. the refs decided to give the cavs the d wade treatment in the first quarter lol

300 LBS at 5'11? Swear to god? How did you lose the weight?
got in to running. i was so fat my whole life. i lost weight when in my 20s. i got tired of being fat.
got addicted to running and playing ball. when i was in my late 20s i would run 10 miles a day. no bs. i went from 300 to 165 in a little over a year

. im  210 ish right now but im kinda brolic. i stick to running bout 5 miles a day now. running is a hobby for me now. if i go a day without running i dont feel like myself.
i changed my eating habits. i  eat clean as hell. i dont touch pizza , much  fried food , besides french fries once in awhile . wheat bread , brown rice , grilled chicken. aside from an occasional gatorade after balling , i drink nothing but water .

damn bruh, props to you my G. all the bull **** sports talk aside, it's dope to see/hear NTers going thru pretty miraculous experiences.

definitely agree, losing weight has to become incorporated as a lifestyle and not just premised solely on dieting/food intake.
