Pop gonna make adjustments, no doubt. What will D'Antoni do to counter? Rely on outside shots? They're 7 for 18 from three and no guarantee of getting hot from deep, not to mention they don't have bigsWe're about to see in the second half if Mike D'Antoni knows how to coach through adversity.
Honestly, they just have to come out and play the same way. They're hitting shots and Spurs weren't really making them pay for not any bigs on the floor.
HOU should turn this game into a track meet and create a helter skelter type game and do constant trapping on defense, but I don't see it happening because of D'Antoni's lack of adjustments on the fly. He's coached the same way his entire career.
Meanwhile, I expect the Spurs to start to take advantage of matchups.
