2017 NFL Draft Thread - **Please do not post spoilers during the Draft**

The Vikings, of all teams, desperately need a first round pick for an offensive lineman. :{

This sucks.

Hopefully Teddy is now bionic Bridgewater...Only way they're getting over a hump.

1st RD types aren't all that appealing this year TBH.  The strength of the OL class is probably going to be in the mid RD's.

Thanks for the info...Hoping they create themselves a couple more 2nd/3rd rounders.

Couple guys will probably rise come draft time depending on how they test out.. like the qbs.. at least i hope

Like cam robinson or bolles

Like QB's they wont rise because of workouts, they'll rise because of the leagues desperation for quality OL.

^ whatever makes it happen.. but you are right, certain positions always get pushed up

Ppl going be surprised how many pass rushers go high

he's more explosive than Woodhead, I hope Patriots don't pick him up

I never said he was woodhead.. however that isn't a bad thing

I'm a huge fan, and think he compares favorably to Brian Westbrook, Faulk and sproles.. guys that were legit duel threats.. you don't want him as your primary back if you're looking for a 20 carries per guy, but you want him as a huge part of your offense.. focus on 15 touches per

More explosive than Woodhead? Y'all do know that woodhead was like a 4.3-low 4.4 guy coming out of college, right?

heck yes, i'm a fan of McCafrey aswell
but yes just like the way Chargers use Woodhead, Gordan is the primary runner and on 3rd downs and definently uses him in obvious passing downs, he's versatile

Dabo on new rule allowing underclassmen to partake in Pro Days: I'll give Coach Saban for that. The consistency of eval was a concern for us.
When did they announce this?

Trubisky is in

North Carolina QB Mitch Trubisky enters 2017 NFL Draft. Favorite to be the first QB drafted.http://www.theplayerstribune.com/mitch-trubisky-university-of-north-carolina-nfl-decision/  …

Since 1970, only 2 QBs have been drafted 1st round w/ only 1 yr of starting experience at the major college level. Trubisky would be third.

(the other two were Mark Sanchez and Cam Newton)

And for those asking: No, Trubisky is not eligible for the Senior Bowl. Fourth-year junior, but not a graduate (I'm told he's very close).

As expected. I don't think there is a huge gap between McCaffrey and Samuel in terms of versatile talents and impact potential.

RB Samuel is the 5th Buckeye underclassman to go pro. And still waiting on official word from CB Marcus Lattimore and TE Marcus Baugh.

Boston College DE Harold Landry returning for senior season, source told @ESPN. Landry led country in sacks & forced fumbles. Huge for BC
