Why should he be a backup if he's better than 5-10 starting QBs right now. If he doesn't kneel, he's a starter somewhere right now

I agree that he's being blackballed (obviously) but I don't agree he's a day 1 guaranteed starter after his performance the last couple years. Competing for a starting job heading intro training camp, yes.
Also I want him on the Seahawks, who have a starting QB.
